By downloading, installing, or using the InfluBiz mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including businesses and creators.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use InfluBiz. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. InfluBiz is currently available exclusively for users in India.
Accounts are created via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
InfluBiz offers two user roles: Business and Creator (Influencer). Each role has distinct features and limitations. You may not misrepresent your role or use features intended for the other role.
The Paid Plan is priced at ₹999 per year. Payment is processed via Razorpay. Once payment is verified server-side, your plan activates immediately. The Paid Plan auto-renews annually unless cancelled. No refunds are provided once the plan is activated, except as required by applicable law.
All content, branding, code, and design of InfluBiz is owned by InfluBiz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
InfluBiz is a marketplace platform connecting parties. We are not responsible for the outcomes of collaborations arranged through the platform, including any disputes between businesses and creators. InfluBiz's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Paid Plan in the preceding 12 months.
InfluBiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: April 2026.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We collect information you provide when creating your profile (name, business/creator details, Instagram handle, location, profile photo) and information generated through your use of the App (messages, enquiries, campaign data).
We do not collect or store your passwords. Authentication is handled entirely by Google or Apple.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (powered by PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Data is stored on servers within secured cloud infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
You may update or delete your profile at any time from within the App. You may request complete deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at influbizapp@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
The InfluBiz mobile app does not use cookies. This website may use minimal session data for navigation purposes only.
InfluBiz is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

InfluBiz offers a digital subscription service. Due to the nature of digital goods, all payments are non-refundable once the Paid Plan has been activated on your account.
We will consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
No refunds are provided for unused portions of an annual plan if you choose to stop using the service mid-year.
InfluBiz is built on trust between businesses and creators. To keep the platform safe, fair, and valuable for everyone, all users must follow these guidelines.
Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. If you experience a violation by another user, please report it to influbizapp@gmail.com or use the in-app block feature.
